Refunds policy

If your purchased item/s arrive damaged or not as described - you are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.

*From the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of a refund, you must inform us of your request by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the incorrect or damaged goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Refunds:

We do not accept returns. If your items arrive not as described or damaged, send us an email to minigaldesigns@gmail.com and we will happily issue a refund. Please note - if you damage your item yourself, we will not issue a refund.

Conditions for refunds:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • You have not accidentally/intentionally damaged the item yourself

  • You are able to provide us your order number/proof of purchase

The following goods cannot be refunded if:

  • You have damaged the item yourself

  • You change your mind after placing an order

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is accepted, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
